PRESSED COCONUT BRICKS
Ugro XL Organic 70L - Coco Brick
UGro XL is a flexible bag/pot, holding a 5kg brick of dehydrated coco substrate, made of 40% of peat, 30% of fibres and 30% of chips.
It has small punched holes in its base to facilitate drainage. The bag has been treated in order to achieve an excellent UV stability. With only 28 litre of water, it yields up to 70 litres of high quality coco peat.
Coco substrate is obtained by crushing and processing the outermost shell of the coconut and can be used as an alternative option to the more traditional substrates. It offers excellent water retention and airing properties that help the root system and the plant to grow faster. Being a sustainable and biodegradable organic matter means it also has natural trichodermas, a microorganism that fights root rot and stimulates the growth of plants.

CANNA COGr - Coco Slab
CANNA COGr Boards
At the heart of the COGr line lies the COGr board. This board consists of a sophisticated mix of coconut grit, coconut fibre, and coconut granulates.
Advantages of the CANNA COGr board:
- Thanks to the coarse coconut structure, the COGR board has the unique property of being able to absorb large amounts of nutrients, moisture and air simultaneously, which are made immediately available to the plant.
- This makes the medium superior to all other growing media, promoting faster root development and higher yields.
- COGr boards are ideal for transportation. They are delivered in dried and pressed form. In this form, they only weigh less than 2 kilograms.

BN Coco - Brick Package
This Bio nova coco brick block of compressed coconut results into 10 liters of ready-to-use coconut substrate after adding 3 liters of water to it.
Furthermore, its volume will increase approximately tenfold. As a result of its initial size, the substrate is fairly easy to transport.
Compared to regular peatsubstrate (potting soil) coconut substrate has a great number of benefits, which are: - it is easy to use - it has the low EC value of < 0.4 mS/cm - it has the ideal pH value of 5.8 - it stimulates a perfect root development - the coco substrate is not compact which makes it easy to drain - it is a light product: 85 kg/m3 (peat substrate weighs 125 kg/m3) - coconut has a good and swift water absorption - coconut substrate can be re-used - the use of coconut often leads to a higher yield compared to other substrates This substrate is thoroughly washed out and treated for diseases, vermin and weeds. Moreover, it contains special additives in order to assure a TOP result.
